Readings
Ethical standards and conditions:
- I treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual identity.
- I keep all my client’s personal information confidential, including what is discussed during readings.
- While my readings are therapeutic, they are not replacements for therapy with a mental health professional.
- My readings are not meant to replace any legal, medical, or mental health advice given by a professional in those fields.
- Although I may offer advice, I am not responsible for any actions you take after your reading is over.
- I am neither psychic, nor a fortune-teller, and do not do any psychic or predictive readings. My readings are purely focused on psyche and spirituality.
- I only read for clients 21 years and older.
Reading Cancelation / rescheduling policy
- You may cancel up to 72 hours in advance, and though it is not my policy to offer refunds on readings, you will not lose the credit toward a future reading or purchase.
- If you need to reschedule your reading, you may do so up to 72 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule last minute please email me at hello@persephonessister.com as soon as possible.
- No-shows will be not be refunded, and if you wish to reschedule you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
Classes
Courses & Seminars Refund & Payment Policy
Please carefully read the following policy on returns, exchanges, and payments. By purchasing a course or seminar, you agree to these terms.
- Previously recorded or “streaming” seminars are not available for refunds or exchanges.
- Upcoming live seminars are not available for refunds or exchanges unless otherwise specified.
- Courses (including the Archetypal Tarot School, Foundations of the Tarot, or the Tarot Professional’s Program) typically allow refunds (minus processing fees) up to one week after the start date of the class. This designated date will always be listed on the course page. Please read all the course details carefully before purchase or contact hello@persephonessister.com for more information.
- If you sign up for a course via a payment plan, installments will automatically be charged to your payment method of choice at the interval indicated on the purchase page. (Generally, every 2 or 4 weeks depending on the length of the class.) If your payment is declined you will be notified within 24 hours. Alternate payment methods can be set up upon request.
- Failure to complete payments within 48 hours of the due date will result in indefinite suspension of your access to the class material. Once your payment is completed, your access will be reinstated within 24 hours.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Persephone’s Sister website or enrolling in its classes or seminars (“Service”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Persephone’s Sister LLC. Any unauthorized sharing or replicating of this exclusive intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access and account and possible legal action.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Persephone’s Sister.
Persephone’s Sister has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Persephone’s Sister shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
You are not allowed to send registration information to a third party. Be aware that the responsibility for confidentiality lies with you. Please let us know if you think that a third party has obtained your details in an unauthorized way.
Termination of access
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Live events are recorded
By joining our live events, our live seminars, or our live classroom sessions, you automatically consent to the recording of those sessions. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact us at hello@persephonessister.com prior to the live event date.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
